Refund & Return Policy

There are only 2 circumstance where refunds will be given:

1. Within 12 hours of purchased item.

2. Damaged items during shipment where buyer agrees to provide photographic proof so that CharisMwah Beauty could file a valid claim with the carrier.

There will be NO RETURNS under any circumstances.  Most products sold on this site are meant to come in contact with face and body.  For sanitary and safety reasons, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
